Return Policy
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

- If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. . Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Process
- Go to the website, discover the contact page and fill in your details.

- Your case will be investigated by the support staff and you will receive solution according to the policy.
- After you have received the return confirmation from valuekart18 support, please send the package with the number back the order and provide receipt/tracking details in the email once you post.
- You will be notified of the package immediately upon receipt of the returned products.
- Refunds will begin once we have received the products.
- With no restocking fee , no return fee, we ask no reason when returning, no questions asked
- We will arrange a return collection, if the service is available in PIN code, the partner courier will contact you with the return delivery note within 24- 48 hours. If the return service is not available at the center, one can send it to us at

Damaged on arrival

Cancel an order
- If you place an order and want to change the design, color or product, you can call or email within 24 hours.
- If you Received the package and want to change the size and color of the product, so don’t worry, we’ll arrange collection for you with no additional shipping costs
Refunds
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 07-10 business days.
